EXPERIENCE

1984 to Present: J. Kennedy and Associates, Inc.: President and Principal. Responsible for consulting engagements in the areas of electric utility restructuring, cost-of-service, rate design generation planning, load forecasting, and electric rate forecasting, gas cost-of-service and rate design, revenue requirements telecommunications policy issues and general regulatory policy analysis.

1982 to 1984: Coopers & Lybrand: Manager, Utility Regulatory & Advisory Services Group. Responsible for the operation and management of the Atlanta Regional Office of the Utility Regulatory Group. Duties included the technical and administrative supervision of all staff, budgeting, recruiting, and marketing. Specialized in cost-of-service analysis, forecasting, modeling, economic analysis, and planning.

1975 to 1982: Ebasco Business Consulting Company: Vice President of Energy Management Services. Responsible for a staff of consultants providing services in the following areas: econometric modeling, load forecasting, production cost modeling, planning, cost-of-service analysis, cogeneration, and electric rate forecasting.

1974 to 1975: Florida Public Service Commission: Economist, Rate Department. Participated in all phases of electric, telephone, and gas utility rate cases.
